Admission Enquiry

Contact the school office for initial enquiries.

Interview/Written-test

All prospective applicants undertake a written test.

Registration

Complete the file with the application form provided by the school and submit all the documents mentioned in the checklist.

Interaction with the Principal

Upon a student's selection, an interview with the student is arranged, followed by a meeting between the parents and the Principal. This meeting provides an overview of the school's values, expectations, and educational philosophy, ensuring alignment with the school's perspective.

Confirmation of admission

Acceptance is based on test results, interview performance, interaction with parents and seat availability.

Tuition and Transport Fee

Fee must be paid as applicable at the time of admission to confirm admission.

Age Criteria

Aspire Indian International School, Kuwait provides schooling for students aged 2.5 to 15, from KG to Grade 12 for both CBSE, Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and Level 1 onwards for all levels for the Cambridge IGCSE. We are an International Indian School, and we welcome students of all nationalities and cultures. Please read the following steps to apply for admission to AIIS for your child.

Admission Procedure:

  • Contact the school office.
  • An admission test will be conducted followed by an interview with the student and parent.
  • If your child qualifies with the required test results and meets the school entry requirements, he/ she will be called with parents for the interview and interaction.
  • Admission will be accepted based on the discussion provided we have seats available on the day.
  • Register your child by filling out the application form provided by the school office. Submit all documents as mentioned in the checklist.
  • The age criteria for a student seeking admission in Early Years is 2.5 and LKG should have completed 3 years as on 15th March 2024.

Once the student is accepted, the following documents are to be submitted:

  • Documents required for Admission 2025-26:
  • Health Card
  • Two Admission forms: i. English ii. Arabic
  • Original Transfer Certificate and Mark Statement/ Progress Report/ Report Card from the last school attended of the previous class. (Regular Student)
  • Passport copy of the student
  • Civil id copy of the student
  • Birth certificate copy
  • Passport copy of father
  • Civil Id copy of father
  • Two passport size photographs of the student
  •  Enrolment Priority
  • Behavioural Report from the previous school

At the time of admission, preference will be given to those students who have registered or enrolled their names with all the required details.

Kindergarten Interview Process

For KG interviews the main emphasis will be on school readiness. Hence, the child may be asked a few questions.

Parents are assessed on their involvement in their child’s education, discipline and plans for nurturing their child’s future.

Fee Payment Policy

  • The school fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Non-payment of dues by the specified deadline results in temporary removal from school rolls.
  • Re-admission is possible upon payment of dues and re-admission fee.

* Summer holidays are decided by the Ministry of Education in Kuwait

* Other holidays will be announced as per Kuwait Government and Indian festivals.

School Uniform

AIIS emphasises the importance of wearing the correct uniform. It creates a sense of identity and pride, diminishes economic and social barriers and helps students focus on their education.

School Transport

AIIS provides air-conditioned bus transport for staff and students covering most parts of Kuwait. While not an obligatory service, transport is arranged through external agencies for convenience.
