At its core, student-leadership programmes are about recognizing students' ability to serve their communities in a greater capacity, which means giving these students genuine leadership opportunities. Our Mission is to develop exceptional students and prepare them for to serve as ethical, wise and smart individuals. In preparing our students to enter a fast changing, complex and ambiguous world, we take every opportunity to use experiences inside and outside the classroom to hone the art of leadership.
Our prefectorial body goes through a training programme that starts before they are selected. Anyone interested on taking up this responsibility participates in the workshop that is designed to help them reflect on their own suitability for the job.Once, they have been selected, school led seminars on leadership are conducted to prepare them for the year ahead. This enables them to act in a positive and responsible manner. This will help them in developing Planning and Organizational skills and value Teamwork and Team spirit.
